数年振りの訪問。
ネギ入れ放題じゃなくなってから初めて。
うん、美味しい。長岡に有る燕三条系では1番杭州飯店に近いよね。美味しいけど麺が柔らかすぎるのがやっぱり難点だなぁ。チャーシューは昔みたいな油臭さが無く良くなってたなぁ。
美味しかった。
