土曜日19時頃訪問。 エントランスホールに入りきれないほどの待ち客あり。 ひとりでの訪問でしたので、そんなには待たれませんでしたが、かなりの人気店のようです。
叉焼麺と餃子をオーダー。 叉焼麺は魚介の効いたスープに背脂チャッチャ系。かなり美味しかったです。 餃子は真っ黒。。。 これを客に提供するのは、かなり図太い神経の店かと思いましたわ。
