休日のお昼に伺いました。
お客さんは私を含めて１０名ほど。
鴨せいろか天ぷらせいろか迷いましたが、初めて伺ったので基本が分かるだろうと天ぷらせいろ１６００円を注文しました。
蕎麦の太さは均一でしたが長さが凄く不揃いのように感じます。（端っこの短い部分が多かったように思いました）
食べてみると一部芯を感じたような茹で加減に思いました。
天ぷらは海老が二尾、ナス、れんこん、かぼちゃ、椎茸、ししとう、さつまいもなど盛り付けてあります。
海老を食べるとよく分かりますが、粉を混ぜすぎているのかグルテンが形成されているので衣はお団子をまとっている様です。メニューに車海老と書かれていましたが、材料の下処理はしっかりされているようなので残念に思いました。
