現在はやな場は閉鎖中。宴会場でもある別館で営業中。 |
保育園の頃から東京から行くと
おばあちゃんがよく連れてきてくれました。
まわりの大人たちはお酒を飲んで鮎を食べて。。。
私は鮎の塩焼きやあゆめしを食べてると、そのうち大人たちは
畳で寝てる～～
そんな光景が思い出されます（笑）
あらら今は私もお酒を飲める年頃（笑）
今回はグッと我慢。
あああ～～この味です。
鮎の塩焼き、皮はパリッと香ばしく身はふっくら～～
この鮎の味はここだけでしか味わえない！！
お皿には何も残らず全てをいただきました～～
1人2尾を注文しましたが、もっと食べたい～気分。
兄の支払いだったので従います（笑）トホホッ
稚あゆのてんぷら、内臓がほろ苦くこれは絶対”日本酒”～～
って想像しながらお茶をがぶ飲み（笑）
あゆめしは少し食べましたが鮎のすべてが凝縮。
これは本当に”あゆめし”
子供の頃ヤナ場で鮎があがってきてぬるぬるしてつかめない。
川の流れを見ていると動いているような錯覚に。
以前川が氾濫して。。。工事中。
いつかまたこちらへも来たいですね～～
