２０２１年９月２５日 初見
１か月前にも同地前のヤナ場を訪問。
目的は今年未食の天然アユ、しかも落ち鮎を。
川遊びの家族連れも複数いて夏の終わりって感じ。
その際に、ヤナ場のオジサンと色々とお話を。
今年は鮎が全く揚がっていないとらしい。
カワウ、放流量、雨量等の色々な事が影響しているらしい。
１か月して来てみてと言われて本日。
さすがに川遊びの人は無い。
前回オジサンがいて談笑。
やはり今年は全くダメらしい。
今日はウナギとモクズガニしか揚がっていないそうだ。
店とは直接関係がないので詳細は教えられないが、刺身は養殖との事。
１年後に再訪する話をして、コチラに。
１２時５０分に入店、先客３組７人。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入口、窓が全開放中。
テーブルにパーテーションがナシ、席間は従来営業時との差は不明。
保健所の指導？で代表者の氏名と電話権号を記入。
本日は天然アユは小さいものなので３～４匹付けるとの説明。
以下を注文。
鮎の塩焼き２０００円。
鮎飯６６０円×２
美雪マス塩焼き８８０円
マコモダケ天婦羅４７０円
天婦羅は２０分後に。
揚げたては旨い。
更に２０分で塩焼き等が配膳。
冷凍ものだろうが、さすがに焼きたて鮎は旨い。
頭から頂き骨まで完食できる。
美雪マスは思ったより骨が沢山あったが身は旨い。
鮎飯はたっぷり鮎が入り満足。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
