1921年(大正10)年創業でへぎ蕎麦の発祥とも言われるこちら( ˭̵̵̵̵͈́◡︎˭̵̵̵͈̀ )ˉ̞̭
到着したのは13時過ぎ。
この日富山から新潟へ移動してきた。
途中残雪があり約2ヶ月ぶりにダウンを着た。
雨のせいか店内は落ち着いた客入り。
注文は
▪️へぎ蕎麦3人前
▪️春野菜と山菜の天ぷら
蕎麦はかなり冷たく水洗いされし締まっている。
ひと口大に盛り付けられた蕎麦を啜る。
う〜ん、旨い( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ )
しかし待てよ・・・新潟市内で食べるものより、ボリュームが多い？
当初のイメージで2人で3人前を頼んだが、これ多すぎるかも・・・(｡-`ω´-)ﾝｰ
天ぷらはタラの芽や蕗のとうなど春の山菜がいい味だ。
天ぷら食べ終わっても蕎麦はまだ半分も残っている。
最後は頑張ってフィニッシュヽ( ﾟ 3ﾟ)ﾉ
美味かった・・と言うよりガンバッタ感！

へぎ蕎麦の定義はへぎ(片木)の器に載せ、手繰りという、ひとくち程にまとめて提供するものとある。
そして手繰りは普通の蕎麦では難しく
