新潟に来たらへぎ蕎麦を食べたくなったので、検索して小千谷市で見つけた「わたや」さんへ。
混んでいて、定番のお店っぽいです。
箱そばで、丸まって出てくるのが、へぎ蕎麦スタイル。美味いです。
海藻（布海苔）を練り込んでる蕎麦ですが、ここはあまりヌルヌルしないから、布海苔少なめなんだと思います。個人的にはがっつりヌルヌル感を楽しみたかったのですが、まあ普通に美味しいです。
ワサビとカラシの両方付いてます。両方を全部入れたので、咽せてしまいました。
でも、ごちそうさまです。
