12時半ごろ訪問。全て売り切れ。
電話で取り置きしてもらってて良かった。
平日でこの売れ行きだとなかなか手に入れる難易度は高そう。
まずはプレーンのパイから。
パイのサクサクが尋常じゃない。
歴史上1番サクサクしてるんじゃないかと言える。
そして、バターの香り。たまらんな。
クリームはバニラが効いたクリームで生クリームでもカスタードでもないが、美味しい。
そして、パイと合うったらありゃしない。
アップルパイはサクサクとしたパイはそのままに上にドライリンゴ的なスライス。
サクサクにシャキシャキ。りんごと蜜の程よい甘さがよい。
