この日は2回目の訪問です。
去年初めて連れて行ってもらいました！
去年もそうでしたが、とても暑い日です(⌒-⌒; )
栃尾の道の駅からちょっと山の方？にあります。
知る人ぞ知る、という佇まい。
流しそうめんは、お店の外（目の前）にある屋根付きの建物で食べられます。外なので暑いです。笑
流しそうめん以外はお店の2階のお部屋？で食べられるのかなー？
まずお店の中で食べたいものを注文し、流しそうめんの席に着いて待ちます。

をオーダーしました。
まずそうめんは何の変哲もないそうめんなんだけど、水温10度の冷た〜い湧水で、外で食べてる特別感もあいまり、とっても美味しいです！
山菜はお父さんと息子さんでその日に採ってくるのか（前回お話し聞いたのに忘れちゃった）自然の恵みを堪能できます。一人前でこの量です！！
川魚も説明聞いたけど覚えてなくて…ごめんなさい。
とにかくこちらも新鮮なのは間違いない。
私の味覚ではニジマスが1番美味しかったです！
前はすぐそこのイケスから採って調理してました。
暑さに強い人には最高だと思います！
私は暑いの苦手なので、涼しい時に行きたいな♪
