長岡市で美味しランチないかなぁとネットサーフィンで見つけたお店。初めてのお店は緊張する
小綺麗にされている居酒屋な雰囲気。きっと魚がうまいんだろうなぁと思わせる店内
ランチは、日替り、生姜焼き、マグロ丼等7種類？本日の日替りは、アジフライ
日替りを注文。10分かからないくらいで到着。早い
見た目からして綺麗に盛り付けられ上品な定食。デカいアジフライが2枚。刺身、小鉢で肉豆腐、お新香。味噌汁は豚汁
揚げたてサクサク、身の厚いアジフライでうまい。タルタルソースがタマゴたっぷりで抜群の相性。肉豆腐も上品な味付け。
感動したのが豚汁。具は少なめだが、しっかりした出汁で、丼で飲みたい感じ。
大満足な高級ランチでした。
