We have a wide selection of fresh fish from Sado Niigata that is purchased on the same day. We have established a direct delivery route, and the freshness and quality are different. Sadogashima is Japan's largest remote island located in the middle of the Sea of Japan. The area off the coast of Sado is said to be one of the best fishing grounds in Japan, as the Tsushima Warm Current flowing north from the south intersects with the Liman Cold Current moving south from the north. Food Niigata's famous white fatty fatty fish <Nodoguro>
Niigata's specialty, Nodoguro, is always available. Official name <Akamutsu>. This high-grade fish is called ``throat black'' in the Niigata and Hokuriku regions because of its black throat. It is known for its fatty white meat, so please enjoy its rich flavor when grilled over charcoal. *Please note that in rare cases, items may be out of stock.
