海鮮がメインの居酒屋
出張中でしたので近隣のホテルから
近かった事もあり、日曜日で閉まって
いる店舗も多く、開いている条件もあり
訪問。
普段は混んでいるのだろう？
店主さんからも海鮮が当店はおすすめだから
とサジェストもあり、かつおの藁たたきと
カワハギの刺身を注文。
一から藁焼きしたりしているようで
少し待ったとこで着丼。
藁たたきは塩と大蒜、辛子で食べる感じ
辛子は初めての体験。
藁の香りと塩の旨味、辛子のアクセントが
たまらなく美味かった。
カワハギも肝醤油が旨味を引き上げてくれて
肝の旨みが茗荷と葱で引き立ててくれて
とても美味しかった。
