日曜日の昼食。１２時頃の入店だが他の客なく、皿は停止状態。いらっしゃいませの掛け声とともにレーンが回る。
最終的に自分達以外の客は2～3組。少ない。ただ駐車場は狭く、繁盛したら致命的。
回転寿司はチェーン店が増えて競争はかなり激しい中、小規模経営店として頑張るお店。
個人的好物のげそサラダがあることにまずは加点。
（義父の好物のいか軟骨が無いことが減点）
まぐろの頭を仕入れたらしく、目玉の煮物や頭トロなど、回転寿司屋としては珍しいメニューもあり。
頭トロは予想外の美味しさ。1皿２貫300円はCP高し。だが全体的なCPは至って普通。
とても美味しいと思ったのは頭トロ（ただし、1皿目は絶品。2皿目は少し見た目が赤身に近いのと若干の臭みのようなのはあった。お腹いっぱいのせい？）、シメサバ、金華サバ
美味しいと思ったのはげそサラダ、紋甲イカ、金華サバ炙り、鰯
もう手にしないのはあんきも、鮭白子。
全体的に満足度は高いけど、何せ小規模経営。店内教育が必要かな。活気が無い。出てくるのが遅い。機械が丸めたシャリに乗せるだけの店と比べちゃ可哀相だけど、それを差し引いても。
とにかく頑張って欲しい。また行きたい。大手チェーンにはもう行かなくていいくらいの満足度はある。100円寿司屋に並ぶくらいなら間違いなくココ。
