寺泊に来たからには200円の番屋汁を頂きましょう
店舗内のテーブル席で頂きました
くじ運の悪さはここでも発揮して蟹足は後ろの一番細いものでした
何とか身を出して頂くと細くても紅ずわい蟹の旨味はありました
汁自体は少し味噌が高い感じですね
いや逆に魚介の旨味を強調するためかもしれません
200円としてはとてもお得な１杯でした
食べ終えた後に紅ずわい蟹を見て回りました
１杯1000円、1500円…と色々あります
そして3杯で1000円というのもありました
店員さんに聞いてみると身の入り方が違うとのことでした
でも一番手ごろなものが普通の1/3程しか入っていない事はないでしょうね
うちの冷蔵庫には2杯を入れる余裕は無いしもう一度冷凍すれば更に味は落ちてしまうでしょう
ということで1杯1000円のものを購入し持参した保冷バックに入れて持ち帰りました
当日は蟹足を頂きました
一人なのでまるで蟹バイキングのような感じでした
勿論身入りはまずまずで美味しいです
一方胴体は蟹汁にしました
汁が蟹の旨味が溶け出して凄く美味しく感じました
