新潟4軒目は、気になっていたこのお店を訪問。
関東に店舗があって、時々食べていたお店だが、今回
本店に来てみた。
今回は、四色丼1200円と、番屋汁200円、本まぐろづくしの刺身1200円を注文。
この店は店内や外のベンチで頂くことができるので、
外のベンチで頂くことにした。
四色丼は、ウニ、いくら、エビ、ネギトロの4種類の
ネタがのった贅沢丼で新鮮でどのネタもうまい。
本まぐろづくしの刺身は脂が程よく新鮮でうまい。
番屋汁は、魚の身や大根、ネギ、そして蟹の足が入った本店名物のあら汁で、魚の身は日によって違うらしいが、この日は鮭。
色々な出汁が合わさって非常にうまい。
しかもこの味とボリュームで200円とはびっくり。
関東のお店で時々お世話になっているが、新鮮さは
全く変わらないので安心できたので、またお世話になろうと思う。ごちそうさまでした。
