3種類の贅沢茶碗蒸し（ウニ、アワビ、カニ）
真牡蠣（カキフライ、醤油バター焼き、
生ガキのウニ乗せ）、お造り（エビ、生タコ、
寒ブリ、ヒラメ、ヒラメのエンガワ）
生ウニは海苔で巻いて。
釜揚げ生姜めん、南蛮海老と季節野菜の天ぷら、
握り寿司、タコ串の炙りなどを頂きました。
ビールグラスは松徳ガラスのうすはりグラスを使って
いてこだわりを感じますね。
カウンターから見るロケーションは素晴らしいの
一言で2ヶ月毎に変えているそうです。
