２週間ほど前に予約満席で入店できず。
リベンジの訪店です、予約無しで。
１３時に入店、先客３人一組。
１人を告げカウンターに。
ビールを飲みたい暑さだが、日帰り手術後なので諦め。
角切りステーキ１５０グラム２３００円を。
５分後にサラダから。
熱いコーンスープと続き、ステーキはサラダより１５分後に。
付け合わせの野菜から頂くが、何よりソースが旨い。
帰り際にシェフから伺えば、大蒜ベースで醤油・肉汁・バター等。
肉は赤身で焼き加減はミディアムレア。
御飯の硬さも良く、赤身とソースの濃厚さがベストマッチ。
美味しく頂けました。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
