味噌星六は、醸造の街、摂田屋にあるお味噌屋さん。おいしんぼで紹介されたこともあるという知る人ぞ知るのお店です。
日曜日は休みなんですが、誰かはいますということだったので、日曜日に訪ねました。お店を開けてもらって、どの味噌にしようかなあ。麦と米と大豆も入ったこだわりの味噌など数種類の味噌が1年物から3年物まで。ほかに究極の味噌というのは10年物です。しかし、こっちにそれが分かるだけの自信もないし、こだわりの味噌の2年物をいただきました。始めのインパクトはそうでもなかったのですが、繰り返し使っているうちに良さが分かってくるような感じです。
