十日町市に本店がある丸天さんの長岡支店に、一杯引っ掛けてからお邪魔しました。
看板のとおり焼きとんをメインに、色んなおつまみ、お食事がいただけます。
その中でも私のオススメは、焼き鳥の他に八分焼きレバーと低温調理のレバー、あがりのクッパです。
クッパは白と赤があり、いつもの赤の辛み増しをいただきました。
ちなみに過去形なのは、最近、引越ししてしまい、なかぬか伺う機会が減ってしまったからです。
長岡に行った際には必ず伺います。
