We recommend [Motsu stew] which uses plenty of such “offal”! A secret sauce that has been added to the sauce ever since its founding. It has a strong richness and flavor, and it goes without saying that it goes perfectly with alcohol! Please enjoy the exquisite taste that deepens day by day! Our restaurant is particular about offals, but we are also very particular about fish! Seasonal fresh fish carefully selected by a highly connoisseur chef.
