一号店が十日町駅前にある焼きとんの店、二号店。以前から機会を狙っていたが、いよいよ初入店。津南ポークをつかっての焼きとんだというので、期待が大きい。
開店から15分過ぎにうかがったが、既に先客2名。私を含めて皆、カウンターで一人酒。先客はそれぞれ常連らしく、店員に話しかけている。やはりすでに固定客がいるんだなあ。フロアのテーブル席にはまだ誰もいない。
ホッピーとハツ刺しをオーダー。事前情報でチェックしていたが、低温調理でレアに仕上がるタン、ハツ、牛レバーなどが提供されるのだ。ハツ刺し、しょうゆでも塩+ゴマ油でもイケる。
牛スジ土手煮が旨い。味がしっかりしみていて、ホッピーが進む。煮込みも濃いめの味で旨い。関西系の味付けなのかなあ。長岡市内や、東京で食べた何軒かとは味付けが違う。
串はカシラ、レバー、バラをオーダー。どれも旨い。やっぱり素材の肉がいいのだ。で、ピーマンなんぞを頼んだのだが、この季節新潟県ならそこらにいくらでも生えているピーマン、特に写す価値無し、と思っていたのだが旨かった。いや、別にピーマン自体はありふれた品質だと思うのだが、肉の後で食べるピーマン串ってうまいんだなあ。
さらに黒ホッピーも追加して、小一時間でお会計3370円。ちなみに先客も少し前に帰った。店を出るときには電話予約で満席。顔をのぞかせた客がみな断られていた。人気あるなあ。

July 2023 I had a full-fledged workplace-related party for the first time in about 4 years, so I walked slowly for about an hour to reach the center of Nagaoka City. There's still about an hour left. This is Zerojikai. When I opened the door of the newly opened Grilled offal restaurant, I found that the seats were fully booked. However, I was told that it would be OK for about an hour, so I took a seat at the counter. First, I ordered Nachu. The side dish is macaroni, seaweed, and tuna salad. When I ordered the dote skewered stew, he suggested that I would also like the boiled egg, which everyone often orders. When people ask me to do the right thing, I think it's weak for me as a Japanese person, so I'd like the boiled eggs to be half-boiled. Girl, you're so good at making recommendations. The mug was empty in no time, so I ordered a second cup of Namachu. Just under 2000 yen for 30 minutes. The skewered stew was really delicious.
