平日の昼過ぎの到着です。
駐車場は満車、戸を開けるとすぐ左側に食券の自販機があり購入して店内へ。
店員さんに食券を渡し、カウンター席に着席です。
８割方のお客さんです。
本日は生姜醬油をチョイスです。
店内を見渡しているとあっという間の着丼です。
まずはスープ。
いい仕事しています。
醬油の風味が口の中に広がると同時に生姜の風味が鼻を抜けていきます。
そして出汁の旨味の余韻が残ります。
これは美味い。
中細麺によく絡んでいいですね。
チャーシューもしつこくなくさっぱり噛みごたえありです。
典型的な長岡生姜ラーメン、されど奥深い味わいを持つラーメンです。
