仕事の都合で長岡市にいたので単独で
ランチ訪問。11時開店で1番乗り。
昼は担々麺専門店で夜は焼肉屋さんとの
事です。
店舗間口はそれほど広くなく店内は
カウンター席中心のレイアウト。
何と言っても店長の接客が明るくて
好感が持てる。
スプレッドメン 990円
替玉 110円
自家製辛味調味料 50円
見た目もトマトなどの野菜が盛り付けられて
おり鮮やか。茄子も入っていました。
スープは味に深みがあるので濃厚とは
言えますがサラサラ過ぎずに丁度よく
熱々で出されてきます。
具材は鶏チャーシューの他にもつも入って
おり、食感の違いを楽しめる。
麺はスープとの絡みも良くする為に細めで
麺重量も200gはありそうな気がした。
替玉も同じ分量で来るのでご注意！
私はスープも飲み干すぐらい美味しく
個人的に担々麺はそれほど好まないが
スプレッドメンは再訪リストに入れておきたい
ぐらい印象的で美味しかったです。
