長岡駅に接するステーションホテルの下に
開店した回転寿司です。
回転寿司といってもお寿司がぐるぐる回るのではなく、タッチパネルで注文した品がレーンで席まで運んでくる時に回るだけです。
ランチの定食が数種類あって、どれも1000円未満。海老フライと刺身盛り合わせの鰯定食（税込み、鰯料理はないのに鰯定食という名前がついています）。
料理がレーンに乗って目の前に運ばれてきたら自分でカウンターにおろします。刺身はぶり、マグロ、甘海老、ネギトロのネギなしです。フライの海老は大きめのが2本。なかなかいける。味噌汁はあら汁で大きな器て出てくるのも嬉しい。
味も悪くないしコスパもいい。しばらくは混むんじゃないでしょうか。
