長岡に新しくできた居酒屋。
仕事で長岡に来た際に、新しいお店ができてたので寄ってみました。
場所は駅前の通りの一本奥の居酒屋が沢山ある通り。
写真の通り看板が目立つのでわかりやすいはず。
料理は新潟中心に色んなとこの郷土料理や酒を入れていくらしい。
今は九州系との事で色々注文してみた。
個人的におすすめは馬のレバ刺しと鶏のタタキ。
生肉好きにはたまらない。
レバ刺しはほとんど食べられないが馬ならOK。
でも置いてるところが中々ない。
鶏のタタキは歯ごたえもあり、よくあるパサパサしたやつじゃない、ホントにうまいやつ。
酒も変わっていて、新潟地酒はもちろん、熟成酒なるものも。
中でも面白かったのはワインの味の日本酒のスパークリング。
普通の日本酒とは作り方が違うらしく、ほぼシャンパン。
飲んでも食べても長岡にはあまりないタイプのお店なのでおすすめです。
