２０２２年１１月１７日 初見
急遽、柏崎から新潟まで荷物を運ぶ事に。
長岡から柏崎への電車移動は初めて。
何だかプチ旅行気分となる約１時間でしたね。
せっかくなのでランチを駅前のコチラで。
箸袋にタイトルの店のキャッチコピーがありました。
１１時５分に入店、口開けでした。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入口未開放。
テーブルにパーテーションがアリ、通常席配置との差は不明。
刺身定食１３２０円を。
１０分チョイで配膳。
本日の刺身はチカメキントキとの事です。
おまけのように鮪と白身が二切れ添えられていました。
後日調べてみたら高級魚のようです。
確かに淡泊でしたが、味が良かった。
御飯の炊き上がり具合も良く、後半はライス不足となりました。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
