柏崎駅より徒歩1分。横断歩道を渡ってすぐの角にあります。某菓子会社本社が向かいにあります。
平日11時に開店。と同時に入店。列車の待ち時間のこともあり、刺身定食を頼みました。
まず、漬物と、簡単な突き出し？、醤油皿が到着。
次いで、本日は、定食の方に 『いさざ』をサービスしていただきました。桜のこの時期が旬だそうです。
ぴちぴちとはねるいさざを箸でつかむのは、なかなか大変。
軽く醤油をつけて、のみこみました。
と同時に刺身定食が到着。
鯛が一尾。他に、鮪、白身の刺身が少々。
お味噌汁は、アラの出汁がきいてます。
ご飯は、さすが新潟、米所。
大変美味しくいただけます。
時間があれば、ぜひ、焼き魚、煮魚を
いただきたいところです。
立地も良いため、柏崎のランチはぜひこちらに立ち寄りたいです。
