酒と魚がうまいと聞いてはいましたが、うまさと豪快さに驚きました
魚は刺身、煮魚、焼魚と大きな魚を丸ごと調理してるんです
刺身は皮を剥いで、切り取らないで戻すという丁寧な仕事ですw
新潟は酒処で、柏崎では原酒造、越の誉が有名です
大吟醸生酒、「銀の翼」特別本醸造、雪中貯蔵 純米、大吟醸 彩、と次々に！
大人数ならではの種類の多さで、こんなことはもう二度とないな
