急遽、新潟キャンプという事で、
柏崎駅前のこちら食事処おおはしさんへ。
（柏崎駅周辺は閑散とした感じです）
※柏崎市は毎度お世話になっているENEOSさんの創業地とのこと
平日11時半着、一番乗りでいざ入店。
店内外は歴史を感じる佇まいで、
小上がり等ありとても落ち着く空間です。
（BGMは地元のTV NEWS）
色々あるメニューの中で、
梅定食1,980円（刺身、焼魚）を注文。
まずはお刺身と一品、漬物から提供。
小鯛のお刺身は斬新な提供スタイルで
脂のノリも程よく、甘く新鮮で美味。
続いて、ご飯と味噌汁、そしてニシンの焼魚は、
苦味より甘味を感じる内臓（白子？）で、
日本酒が脳裏をチラつく逸品です。
