新潟出張の朝食は、ホテルハイマート2階の「お食事処 多七」を利用しました。
50代程のサラリーマンがチラホラ・・・。
利用客は割と年齢層高めのようです。
朝食は和・洋・蟹雑炊の3種類から選ぶことができます。
ドリンクバー付きです。
今回は、「やはり新潟！」ということで「蟹雑炊」を選びました！
(ケド、全然シーズンではないんですよね。)
特徴は、新潟県産の米を使っている所が大きなポイントですが、蟹雑炊にしてしまうと、新潟県産の米の美味さが良く分からないかも。
さて、蟹雑炊ですが、細身の蟹の足が4本程入っています。
本物の蟹っぽいので、有難みを感じながら食べました。
この日、冬になり始めたような寒さだったので、結構蟹雑炊は美味しく感じました。
やっぱり副菜は多め。
新潟の特徴なのでしょうか？
「お食事処 多七」は夜の評価が高いようなので、次回は、夜に利用してみたいですね！
