上越市中央（直江津駅北口）にあるホテルハイマート内にあるお店です。
食べログで予約をして訪問をしました。ポイントを利用できます。

◆多七丼：
お魚がまるで宝石箱のように盛り付けられている丼です。お店の名前の丼ですね。マグロやサーモン、いくら、カニ、ホタテ等が敷き詰められています。
丼には小鉢と漬物、お味噌汁付きなのが良心的です。
ごはんは酢飯ではありません。個人的にはその方が好みです。ごはんの炊き加減はもちろん良くて、食が進みます。ごはんの量が見た目よりも多く感じました

どちらかといえば地域的には白身魚がオススメなんだと思うのですが、色とりどり煌めくネタだと個人的には好みです。海鮮はまあまあだったかな。お寿司屋さんに比べると…ですが、金額を考えると満足できるものでした。
個人的に満足したのはホテルにあるお店だからか、食べる環境が良いです。席の間隔があったり、安心して食事が出来ます。また衛生面もしっかりしていますね。
