国道の大きな交差点角にチェーン店のラーメン屋です。多分、地域によって特選があり新潟米麹を注文。栃尾の油揚がポイントです。麺は細麺と太麺を選べます。味噌には太麺が合います。味噌は麹が効いていてなかなかグッド。
