Chef Yamazaki Seasonal Kaiseki Cuisine 6000 yen course In the process of making a reservation Changed to all-you-can-drink for 2,000 yen per person Appetizer: Assortment of three appetizers Sashimi: Tessa Grilled yellowtail teriyaki Hotpot: small hot pot Side dishes: Roasted beef Fried monkfish with sleet Soup: Sukemune cod lees soup Meal: Sea urchin rice, sweetness: Matcha bean paste Mitsu, I chose this course. Since it included tessa (blowfish sashimi), I wanted to try something that I don't usually eat (#^^#) It's a single serving, but I put the tessa on my chopsticks and eat it with ponzu sauce. I wanted to try it.( ´艸｀)Hehe It was an all-you-can-drink plan, so I drank about 5 cups of Namachu.Today was a good day~Anyway, the food was beautifully presented and all of the dishes were delicious.(^O^)/ 2 I've already booked the next party (because it's the year-end party season) and I'm going to the next restaurant drunk.
