いつもお世話になっているお店です。
上越鴨島の団地の中にある、非常に質の高い居酒屋〜割烹です。
黒を基調とした清潔な料亭風、大小宴会まで可能。
旬のメニューはお造りから揚げ物、肉料理まで揃えています。この冬時期は鍋物も可能で、予約していればフグコースもイケます（美味しかったです）。
飲み物は日本酒が突出していて、季節に合わせ入れ替わりします。上越エリアの銘柄だけでなく、佐渡逸見酒造の「真陵」シリーズや、タイミングが良ければ「鶴齢」青木酒造の最上級ランク「牧之」が飲めます。
とにかく「日本酒と小料理」というジャンル内で飽きることがありません。
コスパは・・・安上がりにもできますが、恥ずかしながら一合¥2000超をついつい空けてしまうので（本当に美味しいのです）、あまり安かったコトがありません。反省。
上越外からの方をもてなすにはアクセスがネックですが、マスターも気さくで相談しやすいですので、内容は裏切らないと思います。

時世もあり、テイクアウト弁当を始めたそうです。
内容はしっかり堅実、いつもの黒ふねな感じで大変に美味しかったです。
なかなか飲みにはいけないコロナ禍の中でも、三密回避した経営を編み出し、是非このまま頑張っていただきたいですね。
