直江津のお寿司屋さんです。人気店なので予約して行きました。
お通しは南蛮漬け。これ行けます。
料理は刺身の盛合せから始めました。かんぱち、まだい、ふなべた、まいか、きじはた、ばい貝、ほうぼう。地物でどれも新鮮です。
続いて名物の どろ海老塩焼き。５尾もあると聞いて食べられるか心配でしたが、かっぱ えびせんみたいでパリパリ。ぺろりと頂きました。これビールに合います。
ハモの唐揚げ。湯引きはよく食べますが、唐揚げは初めて。これも美味しいですね。
締めは おまかせの握り。かんぱち、まだい、きじはた、甘海老、ばい貝、ひらめ、ほうぼう、まつかさ、まいか、ふなべた、えんがわ。刺身と被るのは致し方ないところ。白身の地魚を中心に美味しく頂きました。
ご主人は東京の下町で修行をされた気さくな方。気取らない素敵なお寿司屋さんです。
