休前日にお邪魔しました。
席に座ると鍋を置くようなカセットコンロがあり、どんな鍋が来るのだろうって思っておりました。
お通しはばい貝。
続いて運ばれて来たのが鍋、どうやら○○鍋ではなくてしゃぶしゃぶ用のつけ汁だった。
そして来たのがたこしゃぶ！
生でも行けるし、湯を通してもどちらもＯＫ！
次から次と運ばれて来る。
続いて金目鯛のしゃぶしゃぶ、こちらも生でもＯＫ！
その次に鮪、これは凄い！大トロが口の中で溶ける。赤身は貝殻でそいでいただきます。
次は鯛の塩釜焼き、木槌で叩いて塩の殻を割って鯛を出しいただきます。
表面部分はさすがにしょっぱいがこれも美味い。
ウニとアワビで〆だが、これ又最高の味！ほろ酔いしながらもこの美味しさは超実感！
最後に雑炊をいただきフィナーレだったが、美味しいにつきる。
美味しい分、値段もそれなりにでしたがね （笑）
