牧ふるさと村自然と憩の森に併設 |
上越の牧地区にあるこのお店に伺いました。
山間にある茅葺屋根の建物で、風情があります。
開店してすぐに伺いました。
先客はいそうになかったのですが、玄関に靴がいくつか！
？？？
入って分かりました。このお店かどうかは分かりませんが、お店の関係者の子どもたちの靴でした。
ということで、最初のお客ということで、入店。
静かな中で、手打ちざるそばを注文。
ほどなくして運ばれてきました。
お蕎麦は、自然薯がつなぎに使われた蕎麦です。
細いというより、薄いと言った方がピッタリくる感じです。
食べるとのど越しがとてもよいお蕎麦です。
ただ、ちょっとだけ私的に残念だったのは、つゆが私的にはいまいち。
市販のような味でした。
もうすこしダシの味がしっかりと感じられるとな～と。
でも風情のある中での蕎麦は、おいしいです。
