牧ふるさと村自然と憩の森に併設 |
新潟県上越市牧区池舟。
昔は何度か来ていたけど10年振りくらいかな。
懐かしい。
茅葺き屋根の建物が印象的。
古民家です。
冬場はストーブが焚かれていますが寒い。
以前はカツ丼などのご飯ものが有ったのですが止めたみたい。
手打ち蕎麦(900円)×3、手打ち蕎麦大盛(1200円)、鶏唐揚げ(450円)、タコ唐揚げ(450円)をお願いしました。
蕎麦は自然薯つなぎの蕎麦粉九割。
九割というのは珍しい気がします。
蕎麦粉は地元で作られた『とよむすめ』
新しい品種ですが新潟県内では栽培が盛んのようです。
滑らかな食感のお蕎麦。
コシは有りますが柔らかめかな。
蕎麦つゆは甘めで濃いめ。
個人的には好きなタイプです。
蕎麦湯は蕎麦粉を溶かしたやつで、とろりと濃厚。
美味しいお蕎麦でした。
鶏唐揚げ・タコの唐揚げもカラリと揚がっていて美味しかった。
ごちそうさまでした。
１月～２月はお休みするみたいです。
