2022年12月下旬 コク旨味噌ラーメン 380円
年越しに上越を訪問。道の駅あらいの食堂ミサを狙っていたが、家族に却下されよく行く寿司の鎖店を訪問。
まあ、ラーメンもあるから良いか。
寿司は相変わらず一皿110円だがネタやシャリが随分小さくなった気がする。
ラーメンは醤油と味噌があったので味噌をオーダー。結構時間がかかって登場する。
スープはニンニクが香りコクがある味噌に豚と思しき旨味も十分。化学の力も感じられるが許容範囲。油も多めでコッテリとして意外に美味しい。
麺は高水の黄色い縮れ麺。札幌味噌ラーメンで使われるような本格的な麺。茹で加減もほどよくモチモチと良好。
具はチャーシュー、半味玉、ネギ。チャーシューはバラ肉で薄いが味は悪くない。味玉もネットリと半熟で良好。
寿司チエーン店にしては拘りを感じる味噌ラーメン、ご馳走さまでした。
