信州～北陸へのドライブ旅行の際に、昼食をいただきに訪れました。
北陸自動車道糸魚川ICに向かう国道沿いにあります。
2019年7月にオープンされたところですが、ランチタイムということもあり結構繁盛されています。
半個室に通していただき、日替りのおかずを店員に聞くと、鯖の刺身とのこと。
鯖の刺身は、新鮮で確実にアニサキス除去する調理がされていないと食べられないものですので、流石日本海の漁師直営店だと感心して、迷わず日替り定食780円税込をオーダーしました。
料理が到着すると、以下がセットされておりかなり豪華です。
・鯖の刺身
・洋食のラタトゥイユ
・甘えびが4尾入った味噌汁
・小鉢2品
・漬物1品
・ご飯
味も量も十分満足したのですが、メニューにあったのどぐろ握りは関西では滅多に食べることができないため、頑張って追加オーダーしました。
高級魚であるのどぐろ握りは、口の中でサラッととける柔らかさで上品な甘みもあり、3巻をしっかり味わいながら美味しくいただきました。
北陸に来た際はまた来ます。
