新潟の糸魚川にある漁師直営のお店、魚祭さんに行ってきました。
お店に入ると、待っている人１組。
紙に名前を書いて待ちます。
でも店員さんが見えない。
５分くらいすると現れて、先客を案内。
それからさらに５分ほどで案内されました。
タブレットで注文ですが、注文できない状態に！店員さんに言って復活。
ちなみに隣のお客さんも同じ状態だったみたいです。
いただいたのは、特上握り寿司３５００円。
１０分ほどで提供。
ネタはブリ、サーモン、タイ、トロ、甘えび、金目鯛？、つぶ貝？、穴子？ウニとイクラとキャビア、白エビとカニ、卵焼き。
？がついているのは、記憶が定かでないものと、分からなかったネタです。
ネタはそれなりにいいと思います。
津本式血抜きをうたっています。
それよりウニとイクラとキャビアを一緒にしなくても・・・もったいない感じ。
３５００円だからよい値段です。
それよりもここのお店。
ホールの店員さんが、たぶんすべて高校生のバイトだろう。
全く活気が感じられず、お客さんへの気持ちも感じない気がしました。
淡々と接客。笑顔一切なし。
後片付けの様子もね～という感じでした。
