“Uonuma Jidori” is the ingredient we are currently focusing on at Kamakura! A breed that is a cross between the natural monument ``Tomaru'' and ``Nagoya Cochin''. High quality fat and firm chewy meat. These are healthy free-range chickens raised in a stress-free environment with a blend of Koshihikari in their feed. We are currently serving it in a mizutaki pot where you can enjoy the simple flavor of fried chicken and soup stock.
