スキーシーズンの夜に利用しました。1週間以上前に電話で予約した際にも、結構席が埋まっているとのことでしたし、当日伺ったら予約の方で満席と書いてあったので予約したほうが絶対いいです！
予約の際になるべくメニューをお伝えしましたが。厨房をお一人でやられているそうですがそうとは思えないくらい、メニューの提供は遅くないです。
とにかくお刺身も焼き魚も絶品。のどぐろは大きくて身がたっぷりでいい塩加減で本当にここを超えるのどぐろはないと思います。ご飯とお味噌汁のセットを注文して、魚沼産コシヒカリと一緒にどのメニューも食べるのがいいかと思います。越後湯沢で夜ごはん食べるなら絶対一二三に行かれるのをおすすめします
