越後湯沢の観光サイトＶＩＴＡで見つけての訪店です。
クルマでの訪店でしたが、こんなとこにって場所にお店はありました。
周りは暗かったので、見えなかったけど、ポツンっと一軒だけです。
お店に入ると、木と土壁が使ってある、暖かいのあるお店でo(^◇^)oオオー!!
ほんと、感じのいいお店です゛（●＾―＾●）゛うんうん
注文は、お造りに、厚焼き卵、佐渡産のカキフライ等を注文です。
お造りのしょうゆを舐めると、出汁の味が。。。美味しいです。
お造りも新鮮で、全て美味しいです。
佐渡産のカキフライは、牡蠣の味がしっかり詰まっていて、美味しいです。
カキフライで、タルタルを付けずに食べたいって思ったのは初めてです(^^♪
厚焼き卵は、卵の味がしっかり詰まっていて、これまた一食の価値ありです。
最後には、握り寿司を食べたけど、これもまた美味しいです。
握り方も上手い!!った感じだしねぇ。
ただ、もう少しメニューに品数が増えればって言うのが正直な感想です。
