Every year, I visit this restaurant two to three times throughout the winter season. I stay at a nearby hotel and look forward to going there every time. The atmosphere of the hostess, the taste of the food, and the atmosphere of the restaurant are all perfect. If you ask the owner for something that is not on the menu, he will make it for you. The grilled Onigiri and miso soup are the best. In addition to the menu, there are also limited items such as ○○ that arrived today that never disappoint. The grilled squid is a surefire menu item. You can enjoy Niigata's local sake and have a fulfilling time. I'm looking forward to going again this year.
