PR for restaurants |
We will treat you to fish from Sado City, Niigata Prefecture! We have seasonal ingredients! \(^o^)/
Enjoy ingredients from Sado [Sadomeshiran certified restaurant] Taruppe serves ingredients directly from Sado's fishing hub. Enjoy a variety of dishes that we are proud of! We also have a tatami room |
I went there because it was close to where I was staying. Apparently it's certified as a "Sadomeshi". Appetizer: I forgot the name, but it was delicious. Sashimi shipped directly from Sado: It was just as delicious as usual. The quality of the fish itself is higher than in Tokyo, which is to be expected. Steak salad: The meat was of high quality and delicious. Salt-grilled chicken: The meat had no unpleasant smell and was very delicious. It goes well with wasabi. Rolled omelet: I'm from Kyushu and I like it, but it's on the sweet side, so it's likely to be a matter of personal preference. It's not the light rolled omelet you get in Tokyo. Grilled local fish: It looks gorgeous. It was simple and delicious. Fish soup: Apparently the taste was light. It's true that it doesn't have much depth. Blue cheesecake: I really liked it. It's salty, so it's not a good idea to order it thinking it's a regular cheesecake. It's a taste that goes well with red wine, and the harmony with the honey is good. I ate a lot and drank a little. It was about 5,000 yen per person. It's not bad, is it? If you drink a lot, the unit price will probably be 7-8,000 yen. The inside of the store is clean and comfortable for women. It closes at 22:00, but the last order is at 21:00. Be sure to enter the store no later than 20:00-20:30. Also, be careful that it is cash only. I would like to go again when I stay in the Echigo Yuzawa area.
