美味しい湯沢の料理と新潟の海鮮、日本酒が頂ける居酒屋
日本酒は凍った竹筒と竹のお猪口で運ばれてきます
ここに来たらお刺身盛りを頼んで
その日のオススメが書いてある黒板から何品か注文
食べたい品が多すぎて毎回迷っちゃいます
お刺身は1人前ずつ出してもらえて、全て違う味付けがされていて、どれも美味しい！
数回来店してますが、貝のガンガン焼きがあったらまた食べたいな〜と
以前より店員も増えて、お料理のサーブ時間も短縮されて、より良いお店になっていました
カード払いができるのもポイントです
時間制限などなく、居酒屋としてお酒を飲みながらゆっくりする方が多いので
回転数はそこまで良くないです
なので、湯沢に行くときは予約することをおすすめします！
