新潟越後湯沢の駅ビル（CoCoLo湯沢）にあるお店。
回転寿司のジャンルになっているが、お寿司は、全く回転していない。
この時期（コロナ渦）というわけではなく、結構前から回転はしていないようだ。
カウンターに数席、カウンター横に付く形で6人掛けテーブル2つ。
そして、奥の小上がりに座卓が3つのみ。
この座席の配置で、『そもそも回転寿司というのはありえないのでは？』と不思議に思った。
かなりの人気店との事で、訪問2週間以上前に電話にて、席予約済。
土曜、18時、訪問。
満席。待ちの列が少しできている。
小上がりの方へ着席。
コロナ対策が徹底されていて、名前や連絡先を記入してから、注文となる。
注文は、口頭でもたぶんOKなのだろうが、基本、用紙に記入して、スタッフさんに手渡す。
ホールスタッフさんの中に、とても可愛らしい容姿で、尚且つ気持ちのいい応対をしている若い女性がいた。
メニューを見ると、お皿の色別（料金）で、お寿司が並んでいる。
やっぱり回転寿司屋さんだったんだな。ﾎﾞｿ。
ツマミになる一品料理も揃っていて、料金は、どれも普通。
ビールと日本酒、握り等いくつか頂いた。
◆お刺身5点盛り（2728円）は、新鮮でいいものを使っているのはわかるが、量は少ない。
◆蟹ほぐし豪快盛り（1012円）の蟹は、缶詰のほぐされた蟹のみで、かなりがっかり。
他は、お値段相応のネタ（質も量も）が使われていて、
所謂100均の回転寿司レベルよりは、当たり前だが、ずっといいが、
わざわざ遠方から訪れる程かと聞かれれば、微妙。
ただ、◆こぼし三種（1012円）は、よかった。
うに、いくら、海鮮（サーモンやカンパチのぶつ切り）の軍艦3個。
どれも、具が山盛りで、こぼれおちている。最高！だ。
正直、このひと皿とお酒だけでよかったかもｗ
全体的に、【気軽にお寿司も楽しめる居酒屋さん】といったところだが、
ラストオーダーが19時（時期により20時）というのは、悩ましいところ。
尤も、駅ビルに入っている他の売店等は、18時で閉店していたので、
仕方ないのかもしれない。
