越後湯沢駅の前に新店オープンしてので、さっそく行ってきました。
とりあえずチャーシュー麺をオーダー。 タイミング良く混む前に座れたので、 7分程で着丼
薄いチャーシューが丼一面に敷かれて、メンマ、ネギ、カイワレが載ってるシンプル系
麺は中細で軽くウエーブ歯応え、喉越しよろしい
スープは動物系かなぁ？醤油をしっかり感じられます。
駅前で唯一昼にオープンしてる店。頑張って続けてほしいです
