A new Ramen shop has just opened in front of JR Echigo Yuzawa Station. Please try the Chinese noodles made by the soy sauce-loving owner.
We offer soy sauce-flavored Chinese noodles as the core, as well as miso, spicy miso, mapo, and Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle). You'll never get tired of these smooth and sharp Chinese noodles. |
越後湯沢に、新しい綺麗なラーメン屋サンが出来てました。
目新しさに惹かれて、足を向けました。
厨房は完全に奥ですが………………
席は、カウンター・テーブル・座敷的な分かれの３パターンが有りました。
テーブル席を選びました。
発券機は無く、注文式です。
注文後、５分程度で、運ばれて来ました。
とても美味しそうです。
ここで、少し残念な事が
隣のテーブルに座られた若い人達が喫煙を始めました。
空気の流れが、こちらに向いていたのでしょう。
副流煙の流れが、直撃です。
最近は、禁煙化・分煙化が、強く推進されている所ばかりだと思っていたので、ちょっと吃驚して仕舞いました。
ラーメンに手を付ける前だったのですが、正直に言いまして、箸を置こうかと思ったくらいでした。
結局、耐えられず、店員サンにお願いして、離れた座敷の席に移動させて頂きました。
お食事自体は、美味しかったです。
